First, during the material preparation stage, we strictly conduct Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for all raw materials and components.
We verify the BOM list, check the model specifications, appearance, labels, and expiration dates of each accessory and material to ensure the source quality is qualified.
Any nonconforming materials are isolated and returned immediately and will never enter the production line.
The LED panel is the key part of the product. Before installation, we conduct 100% full inspection, including appearance checks (no scratches, stains, or damage),
and lighting tests (checking for dead LEDs, dim LEDs, brightness uniformity, and consistent color temperature).
Only fully qualified LED panels will be installed. After installation, a re-inspection is carried out to confirm the matching with other parts,
proper installation, no short circuit, and normal display. We ensure: 100% testing of key components and dual protection of appearance and function.
During the assembly of circuit boards, power supplies, and fans, we use a combination of equipment and manual inspection.
We check whether the sheet metal and components match correctly, whether the positive and negative polarities are accurate,
and ensure that the electrical connections and assembly process of the circuit board are reliable.
Wiring connection is the foundation of system stability.
We perform detailed wiring inspections and connection continuity tests to ensure all cables are connected correctly, firmly, and reliably with no looseness.
Connectors are fully inserted to avoid poor contact or short-circuit risks.
Each product undergoes an initial functional test to verify that the control system commands respond correctly.
We ensure product reliability and normal functionality!
This is a very critical comprehensive quality inspection step!
After the overall assembly of the product is completed, we carry out comprehensive functional testing (FCT) and pre-aging testing.
We simulate real-world usage scenarios to test whether all preset functions operate normally (such as display, control, button response, etc.)
while also checking the overall operating status (heating, noise, stability)
Any function that fails to meet the standards will be returned for rework.
We ensure 100% functional testing and full machine performance verification!
To ensure maximum product stability and reliability, we perform burn-in testing on all approved products.
We simulate actual working environments (high-temperature aging rooms) and run the product continuously for 6–48 hours.
This process helps to expose potential quality issues early (such as defective components, welding, or assembly problems).
Only products that pass the burn-in test proceed to the packaging stage.
This is an important guarantee of our responsibility to every customer.
After aging and before packaging, we perform the final Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) inspection to reconfirm that the product functions normally
and that its appearance remains undamaged during aging or handling.
The packaging process follows strict protection standards, using appropriate cushioning materials (PP bags + high-density EPE foam) for compression and shock resistance.
We also conduct sampling or full inspection of the packaged products, performing drop tests to simulate transport environments, ensuring product safety during shipping.
After packaging, we confirm the packaging information (marks, labels, etc.).
Qualified products are stored in an environmentally controlled warehouse (appropriate temperature and humidity, dust-free).
Before shipment, we verify order details, quantities, and packaging integrity again, and select reliable logistics partners.
We also require logistics providers to apply necessary protection measures and continuously monitor transport conditions.
From a single screw, wire, or component’s incoming inspection, to full machine assembly,
functional testing, reliability aging, safe packaging, and proper storage and transportation —
we set clear quality control checkpoints at every step and implement them strictly.
This rigorous quality inspection system is our way of fulfilling the promise of “Quality First.”
It ensures product consistency and factory-level quality, reducing the risk of failure during use,
and guaranteeing that the products you receive are stable, reliable, and durable!
Although this process slightly increases production time (especially the aging step),
we firmly believe it is the best guarantee for your long-term interests.
We are confident in the quality of every product we deliver to you.
If you are interested in specific details of any inspection step, we are always happy to provide further explanation!
